Manage overall client and project budgets efficiently.
Conduct competitive analyses and contribute to POVs, white papers, and business growth recommendations.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all work reflects and elevates the brand's essence.
Monitor media placements and uphold brand standards and strategic alignment.
Encourage a culture of accountability and set clear expectations for the team.
Support, mentor, and train team members to foster their growth and motivation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in advertising, with a focus on Travel & Hospitality.
