Role Overview
As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced agency, leading the charge in acquiring new clients and driving business growth. Collaborating with our team of subject matter experts, you'll craft strategic plans and recommendations that dazzle our clients, leaving a lasting impact on their brands. Your Responsibilities
Lead new client acquisition and business pitches with confidence and flair.
Co-create strategic plans and Statements of Work (SOWs) to provide clients with top-notch recommendations.
Manage overall client and project budgets efficiently.
Conduct competitive analyses and contribute to POVs, white papers, and business growth recommendations.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all work reflects and elevates the brand's essence.
Monitor media placements and uphold brand standards and strategic alignment.
Encourage a culture of accountability and set clear expectations for the team.
Support, mentor, and train team members to foster their growth and motivation.

Familiarity with Agile methods is a plus.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in advertising, with a focus on Travel & Hospitality.
Advanced Computer Skills, Strong Math And Analytical Abilities.
Impeccable attention to detail and excellent multitasking capabilities.
Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
