Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Technician located in Pasadena, TX. The Administrative Technician will be responsible for clerical skills, communication, administrative assistance, accounting, and invoicing. The Administrative Technician will also be responsible for providing support to the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic accounting knowledge, including accounts payable and receivable
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience in invoicing and billing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in administrative assistance, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
