Job Description

Administrative Support Specialist- Insurance/ Financial Services

4-month contract with potential to extend

Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm

Downtown Columbus, Ohio (free parking)

$21.75 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage resident charges
  • Upload policies to company portal
  • Physical mail: open/sort/scan
  • Sort inbox and respond to customers


Who we’re looking for:

  • Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (friendly, personable, positive personality)
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer focused, results oriented
