  • The right candidate will be familiar with either Oregon or Washington (preferably both) Assisted living regulations JOB SUMMARY:: The Assisted Living/Community Based Care Operations Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Regional Directors of Operations in implementation of policies; cooperation and compliance with state, federal and local agencies; supporting and developing the community leaders; covering open key positions; implementing, auditing or assessing the Sapphire systems within a community, supporting the leadership in the buildings as needed, and overall strategic planning support for the Regional Directors of Operations.
