We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist. This position assists the Core Operations and other areas in the Operations department in the execution of daily operations including, but not limited to setting up new member accounts, preparing reports, system testing, data verification and system upgrades.
Candidates in the Columbus, Ohio and Jacksonville, Florida area are preferred; remote employment is also possible for candidates in Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama.
The annual salary for this position is $53,000 - $58,000.

Main Responsibilities
- Performs validation and reconciliation in conjunction with processing settlement files. Ensures all established deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and settlement files are posted within one hour of receipt.
- Acts as system administrator for multiple internal and external software applications for corporate users. Assists with quarterly, bi-annual, and annual review of corporate users.
- Sets up new member accounts, administration of settlement rules and member information in the Core and ancillary systems. Assists with service desk tickets assigned to Core Operations.
- Assists with review, coordination, planning, and execution of system upgrades and enhancement projects to ensure system outages are kept to a minimum.
- Provides daily and monthly data reporting from the Core system to other departments. Completes required statistical reporting in support of the billing system and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of related experience
- Sound decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of relational databases
- Good oral, written, and presentation skills
- Knowledge and proficient use of browser-based applications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
