ARIVE is a high-growth software startup that is redefining digital mortgage originations by building the industry’s first Wholesale Originations Marketplace, which connects independent loan originators, industry-leading lenders, borrowers, referral partners, credit providers, and property and settlement service providers into one seamless loan origination platform.
ARIVE is seeking an intelligent, well-spoken, and dynamic Administrative Associate to perform a variety of administrative and financial tasks. You will be directly working with the CEO to streamline operations and be part of our diverse team of problem solvers. Role and Responsibilities
• Facilitate smooth communication & positive interaction between CEO and employees, customers and other business partners.
• Assist with keeping track of timely federal/state tax filings, track processing customer invoices & payroll coordinating with Accounting.
• Assisting with sales commissions tracking and processing and keeping records.
• Keeping track of company software subscriptions spend, company equipment and other assets.
• Provide Sales/marketing support such as ordering trade show supplies, researching vendors, coordinating ARIVE events logistics and making any travel arrangements.
• Assist in employee related matters such as tracking training, employee on-boarding / off boarding logistics, performance reviews, PTO tracking, benefits, expenses, visas etc.
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Things We Look For:
• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, engineering or a similar field.
• A minimum of 3+ year's related finance / administrative experience required
• Working knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
• Excellent analytical skills and financial prowess.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong team player with solid communication skills.
• High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Job can be remote but the candidate must be located in Pacific Time Zone (Bay Area is preferred)
