Are you familiar with Clinician Credentialing files? We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to work very closely with our Provider Recruitment Business Partners. This position is fully remote.

Job Summary:
Performs variety of routine activities in support of provider recruitment team. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles reviews and analyzes data. Uses software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Interface with vendors, order supplies, facilities coordinator, in-processing of new employees, and coordination of events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain provider recruitment training site via SharePoint
- Perform research on various states to determine best recruiting approach
- Manage the provider recruitment and provider referral email boxes and direct emails accordingly
- Provide administrative support to the provider recruitment teams function
- Provider lead scouring for Clinic and IPA provider request forms (PRF) as assigned
- Prepare and distributed reports on a re-occurring and ad-hoc basis
- Assistance with coordination of employee travel arrangements (airline and hotel reservations, and ground transportation)
- Field incoming telephone calls; assist providers on the phone or direct calls accordingly
- Attend daily department meetings, generate meeting minutes and distribute final summary of meetings
- Others duties as assigned to support the needs of the administrative office
- Handle confidential information ensuring information is not distributed or communicated outside of approved individuals/systems
- Support recruitment efforts
- Direct/assist provider recruitment with projects as assigned
- Order and maintain supply inventories
- Meeting preparation to include scheduling, preparation of presentation materials, teleconference lines, catering service etc.
- Compose correspondence (newsletters, letters, memos, e-mails, etc.)
Competencies:
- Knowledge of office equipment (FAX, copier, printer, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency
- Must be self-motivated
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point
Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
- Tableau and/or advanced Excel experience strongly preferred.
- Intermediate computer knowledge strongly preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 3+ years of moderate to high level Administrative Assistant experience in a fast pace work environment preferred.
- Experience with Clinician credentialing files highly recommended.
Pay Range:
$25 - 27/hr
