Responsibilities
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing general office services. Your friendly and efficient approach will be essential in handling appointment-setting for all staff members, managing records, and other administrative activities. You'll also have the chance to apply your creativity and problem-solving skills by analyzing and improving office procedures.
In Addition, You Will
Schedule and reschedule with ease, ensuring smooth operations.
Communicate and interpret operating policies to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Collaborate on financial and operations reports, contributing to the success of the team.
Participate in the hiring process, welcoming new team members to the fold.
Facilitate the evaluation process for new students, making a difference in their educational journey.
Oversee our marketing and social media efforts, reaching out to the community and promoting our academy.
Qualifications
Availability: We need your energy and enthusiasm for 4-5 days a week from 3 pm to 7 pm ET.
Experience: Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is essential, and your background in Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing will be highly valued.
Location: While our role offers work-from-home flexibility, we're currently accepting applications from local candidates in Burlington, MA, for onsite training.
