Job Description
A high level Administrative Assistant is needed for a 5-6 month contract position with the nation's number one consumer products company. This is a hybrid schedule (40hrs/wk) with 2 days per week onsite at their downtown location and the other 3 can be remote. The main scope of work will be supporting the retail hair care sales team with day-to-day operations and planning.

  • Display creation, forecasting, and management
  • New Item IMF submission
  • Contract creation
  • Sample management
  • Market letter support (populating item information)
  • ESaver + Digital Offer management
  • And General Business Operations support
  • Sales plan template population
