We are looking for a Receptionist & Assistant to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Duties:

• Follows up with prospective and currently clients via phone or email per follow up guidelines and as needed
• Responsible for the daily coverage of reception area including answering incoming calls, greeting and registering clients, and ensuring a smooth flow of operation and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains and reconciles studio schedule across multiple platforms
• Acts like a communication center by answering the phones and directing all phone messages to the appropriate individuals. Assists in receiving, signing for deliveries and distributing mail.
• Address and resolve client concerns with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Welcomes clients and visitors by greeting clients and visitors in person or on the telephone in a timely, and friendly manner.
