Title: Area Assistant Marketing Manager
- Hotel Jerome, Auberge Resorts Collection, Aspen
- Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection, Telluride
- Content analysis & insights: (what type of content does our audience seem to be responding best to, etc.)
- Influencer/Tastemaker sourcing and relationship management in tandem with PR Agency, ADOMC & SAMM
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to all inquiries.
- Assist as needed with all marketing material needs for each property as requested by SAMM & ADOMC
- Communicate and share confirmations, itineraries, etc. with PR Agency, Tastemaker and/or Agent
- Manage maintenance and organization of asset libraries in partnership with SAMM, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible
- Assist as needed on maintenance and updates to the properties’ on-line presence in all third party channels as requested by SAMM & ADOMC, ensuring that seasonal offers are featured and images are up to date in partnership with property & sales/revenue teams
- Creating and sharing in-depth analytical reports for each channel monthly
- Create and manage post/content schedules for each social channel related to Hotel Jerome & Madeline (Instagram, facebook, etc.)
- Work with ADOMC & SAMM to set clear goals for number of media & tastemaker visits per property, per season (of course this ultimately depends on availability)
- Responsible for the day to day social media management for all Hotel Jerome & Madeline social channels
- Print Advertising management in collaboration with ADOMC & SAMM
- Content Creation that aligns with brand's social media strategy and caters to the luxury market
- Create conversation with our audience and utilize different content formats and strategies to foster engagement across platforms
- Communicate and share confirmations, itineraries, etc. with ADOMC, SAMM, ARC creative team, Photographer and/or Agent
- Coordinate with internal and on-property teams to communicate all aspects of upcoming shoots and events, including: closures of effective guest areas for photoshoots, rooms cleaned, operational needs, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of Photo Shoots in collaboration with ADOMC, SAMM, and respective property teams
- Computer Literate; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Mail and Google Docs, Canva.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite a plus: Indesign, Photoshop
- Strong personal and presentation skills
- Mobile and social media/community experience an asset
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience in luxury or design space with experience in or an interest in social media management and marketing
