A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNTING RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

As part of the Accounting & Finance team, you will work closely with the Accounting Manager to perform day to day financial transactions, reconcile accounts receivable to ensure all payments are accounted for and posted. You will take the lead on researching and resolving payment discrepancies, communicating daily with customers to keep their accounts up to date.

Using your accounting & customer service skills, you communicate effectively and follow up with customers. Staying organized, you will manage a high volume workload, while using you problem solving and analytical abilities.

Qualifications For An Accounts Receiveable Specialist

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• At minimum an Associates degree in accounting is required.

Experience using SAP (System Analysis Program) would be a plus. A background in customer service would also be a plus. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you attentive to detail, organized, and self-motivated? Do you have great problem-solving and organizational skills? Are you patient and adaptable?
