Accounts Receivable Clerk Jobs

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist, partnering with a globally recognized company specializing in high-performance racing fuels and automotive products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Manage all activities in the accounts receivable function, including billing, record payments, and tracking revenues.
• Conduct account research and analysis, identifying billing issues and coordinating with other departments to resolve them.
• Assist with month-end closing processes and audits.

Requirements

• Proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and accounting software.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience or similar role.
