Responsibilities

• Receipt and follow up on in-house AR charge accounts;
• Perform Daily Reconciliation and purification entries for each car dealership’s daily deposits;
• Post daily banking activity relating to Credit Card deposit, NSF, and daily deposits; and
• Other duties as required.
• Maintain credit card receivable schedules and cash clearing schedules;
• Process credit override requests;

Qualifications

• Accounting systems: CDK knowledge a plus;
• Strong communication, verbal, written and organization skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, Excel and Internet applications;
• Time management with excellent attention to detail;
• Prior accounts receivable experience a plus;
• High school diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study a plus;
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
