Accounts Receivable Analyst Jobs

Procore is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to help grow a best-in-class Accounts Receivable team. Our team is driven by curiosity and integrity, and we are looking for a successful candidate to contribute the same.

This position reports to the Manager, Accounts Receivable, and will be based in Carpinteria, CA, or can be based remotely out of the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze Aging data to identify trends and areas requiring targeted customer outreach, data cleanup, or process improvements
• Maintain key reports and dashboards related to AR & Collections activity, cash, and audit controls
• Respond to customer billing/payment inquiries, refunds, and payment extension requests
• Respond to internal billing/payment inquiries
• Resolve invoice disputes and clarify contracted terms
• Collaborate to ensure all cash is applied accurately and efficiently
• Maintain daily workflows to monitor past due accounts, including targeted customer outreach

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in AR/Accounting-related functions
• Bachelor’s Degree is essential
• Strong critical thinking skills paired with a creative, curious approach to problem solving
• Positive team player and effective communicator
• B2B Quote to Cash process knowledge
• Exceptional written and verbal English language skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $52,000-$71,500. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
