Job Description

The Account Supervisor, Client Services is the primary contact for the client and creative agencies, responsible for developing and cultivating strong relationships, account retention, and account growth. The account director ensures that the client organization and ours are continuously operating in alignment, providing insights and coaching to the extended team on actions to ensure we are successful.


Roles and responsibilities


  • Identify areas of potential growth with clients, and bring in Senior Account Leads to help generate organic growth.
  • Manage all day-to-day aspects of our client relationships, including managing client expectations regarding timelines and budgets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with project managers, helping to facilitate the internal dialogue and actions required to launch and maintain key programs.
  • Responsible for working with finance on monthly reconciliation reports, ensuring client-requested SOPs are executed flawlessly.
  • Coordinate reporting calls, review reporting decks to clarify questions with media leads, and present monthly/quarterly reports to clients.
  • Develop SOWs and forecast fee revenue, working with project management on the pacing of projects.
  • Participate in the annual planning process, including the development of media briefs.


Requirements


  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to identify new opportunities with existing clients and collaborate with the team to present solutions
  • Strong client presentation skills
  • Ability to understand patient/HCP journeys and translate them into actionable media objectives
  • 3- 5 years of agency (creative, media) experience in account management, and pharma experience required
  • Ability to lead and manage client status and key deliverables independently
  • Ability to learn new disease states/brands through self-guided research
