Location: This position can be located anywhere in the northern CA region, in close collaboration with our corporate headquarters in Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for selling. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts Utilize customer data to create strategic plans and proposals for increasing customer engagement Develop and execute account plans for all assigned accounts Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and areas of focus Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate sales, marketing, and product teams to develop customer-specific strategies Deliver presentations to customers on plan programs, products, and promotions Research and analyze customer needs to identify new opportunities for product and services Follow up on leads and ongoing sales inquiries Identify potential new customers and lead generation opportunities Generate reports detailing progress and performance Attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and industry events Required Skills and Qualifications: Must live in the northern California area
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent work experience may be considered Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to articulate the value proposition of the company's offerings Able to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions. Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, sales analytics tools, and other relevant technologies Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and resolve conflicts in a timely manner Comfortable working in a startup environment, with its fast pace, shifting priorities and fluid nature.
