The Account Manager role is responsible for bringing the ‘Supa” element to our grow and nuture our key customers ensuring they have everything they need to remain loyal engaged customers that are Supacolor fanatics. The key success measures in this role are customer retention and growth

You will be responsible for
Proactive Account Management
Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
Being ‘Supa’ awesome for our customers and delighting them every time
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Negotiating pricing and close agreements to maximize profits
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
