About This Role
Zoom is looking for Mid Market Acquisition Account Executives to sell our Zoom One Platform. Our Mid Market Acquisition AEs are tenacious hunters and prospectors that create opportunities to sell the entire Zoom platform. Our Mid Market sales team focuses on working with growing organizations with 51-500 employees within a defined geographic territory.

As a member of the Zoom Mid Market Acquisition team, you will empower existing Mid Market organizations to discover additional solutions that will help expand their modern team collaboration. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. Your opportunity is to delight customers by doing what’s right for their business, to meet them where they are at in their cloud journey and to provide them with the best solutions for innovation.
About The Role
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$95,400.00
Maximum
$197,600.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

About The Role
- Create, deliver, and manage client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Proactively manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
- Engage with C-Level and VP-Level Executives
- Work cross functionally and engage technical resources as needed
- Qualifying leads and identifying prospect needs
- Actively managing quotes and proposals
- Source, upsell and leverage business from various leads
- Heavy prospecting in a high volume environment
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Understand how to use sales applications such as Outreach, Zoominfo
- Basic understanding of KPIs that drive execution
- 2+ years of Account Executive experience in a Technology company
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC selling methodology
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience conducting client demos/presentations
- Experience with UCaaS or platform sales
- Outreach experience
- 5+ years of Account Executive experience in a Technology company
- Closing experience with a history of meeting sales quotas
- Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience
- Experience being actively involved in POC (proof of concept), as well as joint engagement plans (JEPs)
- Knowledge of solution-selling techniques
