Annual Salary: $60,000 /Year to $70,000 /Year depending on experience

We’re not a big agency that will overwhelm you with meetings, reports, nights/weekends work, and too many clients. We make sure our employees and clients are treated well!

We are a small agency that wants to help you grow your career!


You won’t spend all of your time in meetings and doing reports.


Most of your time will be spent managing your PPC accounts in Google Ads for Search, Shopping, and Display, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, with a small amount of ad management on other platforms like TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.


You will also be the direct point of contact for the clients you manage, with help from senior management. Don’t worry, our clients are cool, so it isn’t miserable when you do have to talk to them, even for introverts, and we refuse to work with rude clients. If you do a great job, most of them don’t want constant meetings anyway – they are busy running their business.


Outside of managing your ad accounts, we provide A LOT of training to make sure we all get better together – because online advertising is constantly changing. You will get 1on1 training with senior staff, and we can pay for outside training like books, courses, conferences, webinars and more. Falcon Digital Marketing also founded the OnlineAdvertisingAcademy.com, which you’ll receive free access to all courses there as well, with opportunities to contribute to our learning material – if you want to.


We keep meetings to an absolute minimum, unless you want help and training from senior staff. Other than that, we won’t fill your day with meetings because they are generally a boring waste of time.

Responsibilities:

Day to day management of your PPC ad accounts and client communication. Mainly Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads. Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is helpful, but not necessary, because most people don’t understand it yet.


If you don’t know something, be willing to learn it, and master it. We’ll help however we can or teach you ourselves.


Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, ad creative development, a/b testing, targeting, bidding, and optimization.


Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive ROI for ecommerce and lead generation clients.

Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audience, market trends, and competitor activities to inform campaign planning and optimization.


Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.


Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging ad platforms, and best practices in paid media advertising.

Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and email clients updates on current performance, past performance, and new marketing initiatives to test and expand PPC ad campaigns.


Qualifications:

2+ years work experience preferred managing PPC Ads through Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.


Ad agency experience preferred.


Previous experience in similar role such as Search Engine Marketing Manager, Paid Media Strategist, Digital Marketing Manager, SEM Manager, PPC Ad Management, PPC Analyst, PPC Ad Specialist, or similar role.


Experience with other platforms is a plus, but not necessary (TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)


Desire to learn more about PPC and constantly improve skills with training and testing new strategies. If you’re not excited about reading SearchEngineLand.com, learning new PPC tactics, or reading PPC industry news, this isn’t a good fit.


Ability to mainly work on your own – self-starter. Senior staff is here to help, but not micro-manage your day.


Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.


Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.


Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative ad campaign strategies.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
