Overview:
The VP of Group Sales is responsible for leading the sales team in achieving the company’s sales goals. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire the sales team to reach their targets. The VP of Group Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales budget, and overseeing the sales team.Detailed Job Description:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals
• Manage the sales budget and ensure that it is being used efficiently
• Oversee the sales team and ensure that they are meeting their targets
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities
• Develop relationships with key customers and partners
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team
