Position Summary


The VP, Sales refines business development strategies and manages sales duties for key markets.


"Has minimum necessary access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) by /Role."


General Duties


  • Trains and assist team members to develop their skills in sales, marketing, presentation skills and external communications.
  • Partners with client services team, operations, IT and marketing to create contract-winning proposals for prospective clients.
  • Manages timely, accurate, and robust prospect, pipeline, and forecast data.
  • Responsible for overall growth of self-administered conversions.
  • Continuously improves processes to adapt to market evolution and company growth.
  • Builds strong and lasting relationships with prospective customers founded on mutual trust and aligned goals.
  • Identifies targeted prospects in key markets and completes in-depth research on their unique business needs and key decision makers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the mission, vision and values of the company and the team through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.
  • Demonstrates a detailed understanding of the company's businesses, objectives, products and services in order to optimize our marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Evaluates new markets to determine effective strategies for entering opportunities identified.
  • Collaborates with the team to ensure contracted work specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or other related field.

If you are looking for an exciting career, this may be for you. If you currently distribute other noncompeting products, add this great product to your lineup. Sell to new and existing customers. You will provide outstanding service to all customers in your area. We are currently in 29 states with over 90 DSDs. We are growing!
  • Existing relationships in and familiarity of labor/Taft-Hartley benefits
  • Subject matter expert of TPA industry
  • Persuasive communication skills and proven track record of closing deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Ability to foster teamwork. Ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Twelve years of experience in a client facing Sales role responsible for acquiring new clients.
  • Historical success in B2B sales


We offer training and sales/marketing support to all DSDs. Make $200 per new store brought into the company who purchases product and is serviced by you (limitations apply). Earn 20-30% commission monthly based on sales growth. Receive a month end payment for closing out the month and balancing your inventory. Travel required in your local area. You must have a dependable vehicle.
