Overview The Director of Agent Growth is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase the number of agents in an organization. This role involves working with agents, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify and implement strategies to increase agent recruitment, retention, and performance. The Director of Agent Growth is also responsible for developing and managing relationships with agents, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Detailed Job Description The Director of Agent Growth is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase the number of agents in an organization. This role involves working with agents, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify and implement strategies to increase agent recruitment, retention, and performance. The Director of Agent Growth is also responsible for developing and managing relationships with agents, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.The Director of Agent Growth will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing strategies to increase the number of agents in an organization
• Identifying and implementing strategies to increase agent recruitment, retention, and performance
• Developing and managing relationships with agents
• Providing training and support to agents
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Developing and managing budgets for agent growth initiatives
• Working with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve agent performance
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of agent growth initiatives

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field
• Experience in agent recruitment, retention, and performance
• Experience in developing and managing relationships with agents
• Experience in developing and managing budgets
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
