Performance measurement and cap table management across our portfolio

Own and manage the FP&A and budgeting function of the firm

Experience working with early-stage startups, preferably in the technology or consumer sectors

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to advise senior fund leadership on financial and business objectives

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across multiple stakeholders

Oversee fund models and portfolio trackers, and dashboards for funds

Work with Operations management to produce financial forecasts and budgets

Manufacturing accounting experience (i.e., Cost Accounting Manager, Plant Controller) - required

Currently in a management role (i.e. with controllers, group controllers reporting to the role)

Exposure to senior management and Board of Directors is a plus

Be the link between Finance and Operations functions. Must speak the language of both disciplines

Work with Finance and IT to ensure we have appropriate technology-enabled business solutions to support AM’s Operations

Systems implementation experience and process mapping skills are preferred.

Ability to develop strong relationships with senior management, communicate effectively in meetings and describe deliverables and project milestones.

Minimum 15 years of experience, which can be a mix of relevant experience. FP&A leadership experience is required.

Experience leading FP&A function of a public company is strongly preferred.

Experience with Adaptive Insights planning and forecasting software preferred.

Undergraduate degree is required, and a graduate education is preferred.
