Vp Finance Jobs

We are looking for a VP of Finance to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement key performance indicators and strategic objectives for the division and, as appropriate, the entire organization; facilitates measurement of those objectives, reporting results to the executive team
• Provide insight and recommendations related to operational goals and forecasts
• Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organization
• Oversee monthly financial closing process, forecasting, and annual budget preparation
• Lead Financials, Business Metrics, and Goals Reviews with leadership
• Study long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share
• Manage, monitor, and improve upon overall system of financial accounting

Qualifications:

• Effective communicator and influencer
• Willingness to collaborate with a broad range of functional groups and understand their business processes, concerns, and requirements
• Experience with capturing, analyzing, and proactively delivering financial data and insights that maximize strategic decision making
• Demonstrated ability to lead a fast-paced global team with a strategic big picture mindset
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years demonstrated finance leadership experience
