General Purpose:

• Direct all accounting internal and external financial reporting for Corsair
• Manage international accounting team
• Development of world-class system of processes and internal controls

Position Summary, Responsibilities, And Expectations

• Manage the monthly and annual closing processes
• Manage an international accounting and finance process team capable of managing complex transactions and providing efficient and accurate reporting
• Own and manage your international accounting and transaction team
• Own all aspects of Oracle financial modules
• M&A Integration
• Strong system skills: Implement ERP and automate standard accounting and reporting tasks.
• Drive interaction with the company Audit Committee
• Manage the global financial transaction group, including general accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and 401(k)
• Work closely with IT, HR and operations management
• Produce US GAAP based annual audited financial statements
• Ensure compliance with US and local GAAP and all appropriate legislation and guidelines on a global basis
• Work closely with the CFO in all aspects of financial reporting and control
• Enable reliable timely and meaningful financial information to be provided to executive management
• Strive for constant improvement in accounting-related systems and processes
• Make a substantial contribution at the highest level to the financial management and development of the company
• Manage all aspects of group and subsidiary audits
• Establish and maintain a rigorous system of internal financial controls
• Oversee a complex consolidation process incorporating financial reporting from all entities

Essential Skills And Experience

• Travel will be required to Asia and Europe
• Demonstrably strong US GAAP technical knowledge; Public company experience preferred
• Effectively sets daily/weekly/monthly work priorities for the team
• 10+ years of industrial experience, including prior senior managerial roles
• Strong automation skills are required
• Prefer high transaction volume/retail oriented / hardware company experience
• Hands-on style from detail to a higher level
• University degree in Accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, revenue accounting
• Proven success working with domestic and international staff
• CPA/ACA equivalent required; Big 4 experience preferred
• Efficient, influential communicator within Finance and with other groups
• A persuasive leadership style that gets things done across geographic and functional lines
• Experience with Oracle Financials or other major ERP software is desired
• Strong problem-solving skills

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Salary Range $215,000—$275,000 USD
