Must meet all DMV requirements listed below.

Five years acute care clinical experience.

Minimum three years hospital/medical staff/QI leadership experience.

1-3 years applicable experience designing and developing Performance Improvement solutions to impact business results required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to negotiate difficult situations and achieve optimal outcomes required.

Must have effective group presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in transportation/supply chain and 3 years leading and managing successful transportation function.

Deep and broad logistics/transportation experience in the retail space; including Inbound, Outbound, 3PL and Pool operations.

Demonstrated experience and success developing and implementing high service/cost competitive carrier network.

Experience establishing key performance indicator metrics to benchmark/track performance.

Demonstrated ability to focus, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects under deadline.

In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Familiarity with logistics management systems, transportation management software, and data analytics tools.

Knowledge of food safety regulations, industry certifications, and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GFSI) is highly desirable.

Experience: Five years' experience in a hospital setting plus previous management/leadership experience is required.

Required Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required and Master's Degree in health-related field.
