This individual, in collaboration with regional leadership, promotes/supports the vision and guidance to develop highly competent acute and ambulatory operational structures, exemplifying quality, safety and efficiency while promoting a culture of innovative patient-centered care focused on excellence in outcomes and service. **ADDITIONAL DUTIES** Other duties as assigned. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:**

Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Master's degree in Nursing or Business Administration or related field within eighteen months of hire. **Preferred/Optional:** **EXPERIENCE** **Minimum Required:**
Ten years' experience in nursing with five years nursing management experience. **Preferred/Optional:**
Management experience with both acute and ambulatory operations. **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position._ **Minimum Required:**
State of Wisconsin Nursing license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire. **Preferred/Optional:**
