Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Commercial Processes: Oversee and optimize commercial processes, including sales, pricing, contract negotiations, and project management, to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, industrial management) is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

Excellent communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence key stakeholders.

Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate the company's vision, goals, and performance to various stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other communication channels.

Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage insights for effective decision-making.

Solid experience in foodservice distribution management is required, including a detailed understanding of operating environments.

The Vice President of Operations (VPO) will have complete responsibility and oversight for the assigned distribution center.

Annual Salary: $150,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience.

10 years of progressive manufacturing experience and responsibilities, 5 of which must be in a senior

Promote scientific rigor and ensure industry-leading manufacturing operations.

Demonstrated experience of process management and optimization.

6+ years of experience leading operations and growth within the healthcare industry required.

Own end-to-end supply chain processes, including supply and demand forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment

Oversee manufacturer management, freight, and customs operations, and ensure efficient product shipment to customers

Vendor Coordination and 3PL Management:

Lead the management of third-party logistics partners, ensuring alignment with Hubble's operational objectives

Forecasting and Purchase Order Management:

Ensure adequate inventory management based on accurate demand projections

A minimum of ten years of experience at an operational level related to logistics/supply chain management.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management and/or Engineering required.

Strong knowledge and experience with problem solving using root cause analysis, safety, labor relations, and worker’s compensation.

Develops strategic plans to manage, develop and grow the business while driving company revenue

Tier I Automotive, Warehousing, Logistics and 3PL experience is required.

Deep knowledge of health and welfare client relationship management experience
