Job Description

Vice President of Operations: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations in a small manufacturing firm. Leads process optimization, resource allocation, and team management to ensure efficient production, quality control, and on-time delivery. Implements strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain safety standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations

Deep understanding of relevant industry processes,

Exceptional team management and strategic thinking abilities

Proven problem-solving skills

Effective communication, commitment to quality

Data-driven decision-making, adaptability, and typically a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Master's degrees or certifications
