Vice President of Operations - Atlanta, GA – ABA

We have partnered with a quickly growing ABA focused therapy provider in the Autism and IDD markets. Due to this companies continued expansion the need for a new VP, Operations has arisen.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring departments’ workloads to guarantee optimal activity and output.
• Evaluating current structure, systems, and processes to identify areas for change and improvement and develop and begin execution of improvements.
• Analysis of key data and performance metrics to provide thoughtful action plans in alignment with the company mission and execution of goals.
• Providing leadership, guidance, reinforcement, and accountability among teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations and quality output at or above company standards.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
• Bachelors required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience leading operations and growth within the healthcare industry required.
• Demonstrated experience of process management and optimization.
• Re-organizing departments and teams for efficiency.
