Writes offer letters and wage notices

Manages new hire lists for Shoes for Crews

Assists employees with questions and provides resolutions for issues related to benefits by working with the carriers and broker

Maintains Web Benefits content library on the portal

Reaches out to new hires who have not finalized their benefits enrollment prior to deadline

Training in continuous quality improvement and process management

2-4 years’ experience facilitating process improvement teams/ role as a change agent

2-4 years’ hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies and approaches at an organizational level, including process improvement events

Experience in teaching and instruction of process improvement concepts

4 year / Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Business or related field (Required)

Lean or Toyota Production System training (Preferred or to be acquired within the 1st year)

Knowledgeable of global benefits program design and administration

10-12 years of experience working in an HR and Shared Services environment required, preferably with a global company

Experience leading complex projects, managing risk and driving a team to deliver the highest quality results for our clients required

Experience in HR functions, processes, and best practices required

Experience in management consulting, large-scale change management, turnaround and restructurings, M&A and integrations, and or investment banking is a plus

Program management experience on driving large-scale, transformational change programs is preferred

3+ years of corporate and or professional services experience focused on operations, finance/accounting, and or go-to-market/top-line growth initiatives

Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving; comfort with quantitative analysis and managerial accounting

Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree is strongly preferred, with an outstanding record of academic achievement

Ability to understand, analyze and interpret financial statements

Must have 6 months of round rail experience in last 3 years.

6 months maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

5+ years with demonstrated experience deploying compensation solutions in large multinational organizations

Ability to understand HR and business requirements for compensation and translate those into prioritized, executable HR technology solutions

Lead the implementation of the joint operations hub for our Canada and US marketing operations (North America Experience Center). 30%

Must have a minimum of 5-7 years (total) of relevant work experience.

Must have strong Powerpoint skills. Position requires strong presentation development.

Strong knowledge of automotive industry a plus.

Must possess advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Additional languages are beneficial, especially German language knowledge appreciated.
