Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC, has opportunities for Round Rail (Part-Time) in the Fabrication Department at our Acme plant.
Work Hours

• Need to work a minimum of 4 days Monday-Thursday 5:30pm until the end of shift.
• Saturday is also optional depending on production needs.

As Round Rail (Part-Time), You Will

• Steel Knife.
• Use knife to remove round from shank bone.
• NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
• Cut bone down.
• These duties are considered marginal.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• Must be able to perform the job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Food defense.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to successfully complete training:
• Safe Quality Food (SQF).
• Must be able to work in a variety of work temperatures warm, hot, humid, cold, wet or with slippery surfaces at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Safety.
• Must have 6 months of round rail experience in last 3 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Work history in the last 12 months.
