Shift Supervisor $14 Hr (Plus $3-$5 Hr Tip Avg)- Javi's Tacos - Welch Plaza

A Shift Supervisor excels in communication, shows strong leadership, coaches others and maintains organization to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively during their shift. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
• Organizing shift setup and side-work assignments
• Strong communication with their senior management and their team members
• Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
• Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
• Must be 19+ years old - legal age to sell alcohol in the state of Nebraska
• Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members
• Monitoring attendance and tardiness
• Assign action stations to specific employees based on role and skills
• Training new and current team members on tasks
• Managing employees requests
• Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits

** Starting pay is re-evaluated after a 30 day probationary period with outstanding performance :)
