1+ years of work experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Assessments (e.g., Job Knowledge, Situational judgment)

Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related preferred experience in selection & assessment or talent management

Provide guidance on when and how to incorporate assessments, what types to use, and what technical requirements they’ll entail.

Lead and manage assessment and selection vendors.

Providing guidance on where to upskill, reskill, discover and/or recruit talent at scale

Experience developing structured interview guides for employee selection.

Highly knowledgeable with demonstrated success within the areas of instructional design, training methodology, and learning management systems (LMS).

Provide consulting to internal business leaders on best practices in talent management.

Communicate with senior management on strategy and tactics for the ongoing training needs of the organization.

Identify skill gaps in training and tactics to deliver training programs and content effectively and efficiently.

Highly skilled in organizing and implementing a variety of large-scale projects/programs.

Highly skilled utilizing Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

12 or more years of experience in HR, working with Talent Management programs and processes in a corporate environment

Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations, with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG/CPG

Experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) a strong plus

Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Experience managing a full-cycle performance management program.

Hands-on change management experience (able to turn theory into practice).

Experienced leveraging contemporary talent management frameworks, practices and tools, in addition to using innovative learning models and technologies

Establish training, change management and communications plans related to talent programs, to influence company-wide adoption

Partner with L&D to review talent development needs and collaborate on any custom development requirements, as well as program delivery needs

8+ years of progressively senior HR experience

Facilities Management skills, IT skills and technical knowledge; strong problem-solving skills; good negotiating skills and excellent communication skills.

Deliver training courses to the required quality standards as detailed in Skillsoft / Global Knowledge’s quality procedures.

Deliver courses at all Skillsoft / Global Knowledge centres and customer sites when required.

Manage the classroom to optimise training experience.

Work closely with the designated scheduling manager to ensure that trainer utilisation meets or exceeds the company requirements.
