The Ticket Operations Coordinator must ensure that the ticketing system is running smoothly and efficiently, and that customer service is top-notch. Detailed Job Description The Ticket Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the ticketing operations for an organization. The Ticket Operations Coordinator must be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise with the ticketing system, as well as provide customer service to ticket buyers. The Ticket Operations Coordinator must also be able to manage the ticket sales process, including setting up and managing ticket sales, tracking ticket sales, and ensuring that tickets are sold in a timely manner.
