Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Operations

Athletics Administration - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (23000037)


The Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations will be responsible for leading all ticket operations efforts for all home facilities that the Pitt Athletics teams compete in, including Acrisure Stadium, The Petersen Events Center, the Petersen Sports Complex, the Fitzgerald Field House, and the future Victory Heights Arena. This person will drive the overall strategy and execution of ticket operations for 10 varsity programs while also serving as the primary contact for football ticket operations. The individual will be the primary liaison with our ticketing partners Paciolan, Dynamic Pricing Partners, and StubHub. The individual will also be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all ticket policies and procedures while working collaboratively with the Pitt Athletic Business Office and Panther Club (Athletic Development) to ensure proper financial and database management.

Master's degree with five years of experience required; Bachelor’s degree and significant relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. A minimum of three (3) years of intercollegiate Athletic Ticket Office experience, preferably at the Division 1 level, or experience with ticketing for a professional sports team is required. Experience with football ticketing operations is required.
