Job Description

Summary

The NFL Live Event Production team is seeking a ticketing operations professional to fill a temporary opportunity for NFL tentpole events. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the Ticketmaster’s Archtics platform, event on-sale execution, box office operations and mobile ticketing. This individual will join the Event ticketing team and support the preparation and operational delivery of Super Bowl, Pro Bowl Games, NFL Draft and other events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment, training, accreditation, and role development for the temporary ticketing staff.
  • Serve as the accreditation lead for all ticketing operations staff.
  • Support the manifest build, ticket allocation process, inventory management and fulfillment for all tentpole events. Includes ticketing for gameday and our ancillary events.
  • Support the processing and fulfillment of the league’s tentpole event ticketing initiatives, working staff ticketing, and specialty programs.
  • Support efforts in the design and delivery of the NFL Ticketholder app for use during Super Bowl
  • Operational support for onsite resolution centers, mobile ticketing support teams, gameday fan experiences, and event customer service resources.
  • Operational support for the box office operations at ancillary events, including Super Bowl Experience, Opening Night and NFL Honors as well as Pro Bowl Games and NFL Draft.
  • Technical support for the league’s regular and post season ticketing programs. To include request processing, fulfillment, inventory management, and financial reconciliation.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of coalition building through a transparent and collaborative approach.
  • 8+ years of experience in high volume event ticketing, fan experiences and credential programs.
  • Ability to build, motivate and lead temporary staff.
  • Experience in large scale domestic and/or international events or large venues.
  • Extensive experience with Ticketmaster suite of ticket-related platforms, including Account Manager (client tools & CMS), TM1 (Entry, Reports, Engagement), Presence SDK, and Pricemaster.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Advance degree preferred.
  • Clear & concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to travel domestically.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds and variety of levels inside and outside of the organization.
  • Effective in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Hands-on experience and full working knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing system.
