Position Summary
Are you a detail-oriented professional eager to support the ticket operations department for the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans? Look no further! We are seeking a full-time Ticket Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for processing all ticket sales orders, while assisting with maintaining ticket accounts and supporting the game day box offices.
What You Will Be Doing
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Oversee the processing and delivery methods of all plan ticket orders and requests
  • Process ticket sales orders and requests daily for both the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans
  • Assist in reporting and all ticket operations functions on game days
  • Assist with the maintenance on all accounts with regards to accounts’ financial details, seat relocations, seat/ticket upgrade requests, and the editing of account information based upon approved policies and procedures
  • Assist in the production, design, and distribution of tickets and related media
  • Act as the Ticket Operations’ liaison among Sales, Fan Experience and Sponsorship to develop and oversee operating functions and ticket request fulfillment
  • Act as customer service representative for customer inquiries; possess a knowledge of the events in other departments in order to answer customer questions or direct them to the proper staff member
  • Coordinate the overall operation of the Saints and Pelicans will call and sales/box office windows on all game days
  • Assist with the daily financial reporting to the Financial department, including delivery of account payments
  • Assist with maintenance of all accounts, including but not limited to: account's financial details, seat relocations, seat and ticket upgrade requests, editing of account information while adhering to policies and procedures
  • Coordinate inventory for both single game and season ticket plans
What You’ll Bring
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a team-player mindset
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Possess the ability to react efficiently to change and handle various tasks that may be assigned
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing ticketing systems and software (SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, etc.)
  • Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly in accordance with NFL and NBA schedules, which will include some late nights and weekends, particularly during the respective seasons
  • Successfully able to work independently, as well as in a group setting
  • Proven understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to sit and work at a computer 80% of the day
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the schedule of the NFL and NBA
  • Occasionally move general office equipment or supplies up to 20 pounds
