Job Description

Position: Talent Agent (Recruiting Specialist)

Location: Raleigh, NC

Experience: Prefer up to one year of office experience, administrative, customer service, or similar

Education: N/A

Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday

Compensation: $40,000 to $42,000/annual salary PLUS uncapped commission


Greene Resources, an Array Company, is hiring a Talent Agent based in Raleigh, North Carolina! This role will support our recruitment initiatives through identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring candidates for multiple business units. We are looking to bring someone onboard ASAP to help support our growing book of business.

:

  • Identify opportunities to create automation and process improvements
  • Support ROC specific on-boarding process for candidates in accordance with company guidelines and compliance procedures
  • Provide candidate feedback and coaching throughout the interview process
  • Perform full cycle recruiting duties, to include identifying candidates through various screening methods, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews
  • Assist with training check in on Day 0 and Day 1
  • Adjust to shifting priorities while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist in creating rosters comprised of candidates selected to start
  • Review relevant KPI report results to ensure data accuracy; Report issues/concerns with KPI report results to the ROC Recruiting Manager for resolution
  • Execute company policies, standard operating procedures, and recruiting plans to meet critical client deadlines and recruiting needs


Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to establish priorities and multitask

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Capable of handling repetitive job duties with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
