Emerging Careers Talent Acquisition Consultant

Boston, MA or Remote

We are Looking for a curious and thoughtful professional to join our growing Emerging Careers Team. As Talent Acquisition Contractor, you will play a critical role in executing our Summer Intern Program conversion to FTE, return intern offers and graduate program recruitment. As we build the PTC of tomorrow, you will partner closely with other members of the People team, including our Culture, Brand and Experience team and DEI organization. These partnerships will help you attract, hire, and develop a more diverse workforce and expand PTC’s brand awareness in the community. Our team is reimagining the Emerging Careers function and this role is instrumental in executing our strategy to create a best-in-class candidate and intern experience.

Responsibilities:

• Execute reimagined Emerging Careers Strategy focused on conversion of interns as a pipeline for future PTC talent
• Manage all manager and candidate communications related to conversion process and recruitment
• Plan and execute recruitment program
• Support Summer and Fall planning and execution
• Mentor internal talent and develop pathways for Interns and Rotational program employees to take their careers to the next level
• Partner with business leaders and overall People Team to build graduate programs into feeder pipelines for PTC professional careers, while attracting, hiring, and developing diverse talent
• Lead Emerging Career recruiting efforts across business units in the Americas

Qualifications:

• Ability to work on projects with little supervision
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working directly with senior / executive level stakeholders
• 1-3 years of working experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior recruitment experience, internships in HR related field, or program management experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
