What You'll Be Doing
- Build talent pipelines and deploy innovative strategies to recruit the best and brightest talent.
- Partner with hiring managers on the recruitment process from job postings to offer letters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field and 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, position marketing and candidate sourcing OR
- A High School Diploma and 7 years direct experience in talent acquisition, position marketing and candidate sourcing.
- Experience recruiting within a variety of job titles/industries
- Awareness of industry trends, market shifts, and changes in recruitment methodologies.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract potential candidates.
