The Senior Human Resources Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining employee records, including updating employee information, tracking employee performance, and managing employee benefits. The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting with recruitment and onboarding, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and providing orientation to new employees. The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will also be responsible for providing support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries, resolving employee issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
