- Organizing and conducting educational events in existing or new accounts
- Act as a clinical and technical product expert for all ZOLL Hospital products, in order to discuss the chain of resuscitation
- Assisting with and/or initiating in-servicing events in existing and new accounts
- Communicating leads and account updates to outside Territory Manager
- Acts as a project manager in planning/developing/executing all educational and training events in a customer account
- Be a passionate advocate for improving patient outcomes in an inpatient hospital setting
- Providing input to prepare additional materials as needed in the support of sales and training.
- Ability to work effectively with and direct training and In-servicing programs to achieve highest level of product compliance
- Availability to travel; current passport
- Ability to seamlessly Integrate technology (fpad, Outlook, PPT, etc.) into work
- 75% travel for this position
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skill
- Demonstrated flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and a high level of professional demeanor
- Ability to effectively educate clinical personnel
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow-up
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
- Ability to affect change through education and evidence based clinical literature
