Deliver training to healthcare staff, ensuring proficient use and maximized effectiveness of our remote monitoring solutions.

Coordinate patient care in conjunction with care teams and remote healthcare providers.

Manage and assess patient needs, developing and coordinating care plans accordingly.

Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare teams to support the success of our remote monitoring solutions

Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with SNFs.

Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.

5+ years experience in project management, customer success or technical consultant role

5+ years experience in SaaS tools either as an administrator or implementor

Experience managing multiple customer stakeholders

Expert level of organization and attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal communication skills

Strong technical knowledge and fundamental understanding of API’s

Experience in procurement processes and tools
