The Company:
When Teams Align, Great Things Happen.
We have a vision of bringing teams together through the power of data…
Productiv is the only SaaS IntelligenceTM Platform for the modern enterprise. More than a SaaS management solution, Productiv aligns IT, procurement, finance, and business leaders with trusted data to optimize spend and drive operational excellence across SaaS portfolios. Founded in 2018 by leaders from Google, Amazon, and LinkedIn, we're a Series C startup that's defining a market while living our values: stay human, plan to win big, deliver results, take ownership, customers before team before self, and do the right thing, even when it's hard. And we're backed by Tier 1 investors, including Access, Norwest, IVP, Okta, and Atlassian. Companies like Okta, Equinix, Meta, Carta and Uber trust Productiv to unlock the most value from their SaaS portfolio at scale. Come explore the vast opportunities our tight-knit, collaborative teams are creating together.
The Role:
We’re seeking a results-driven Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Success Organization. You must have start-up energy, impeccable organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. You will partner closely with your Sales, Customer Success Managers and Engineering to ensure we are delivering a top-notch customer onboarding experience to our B2B customers. As one of the first people the customers interact with post-sales, you are able to build rapport and trust with customers quickly. You are collaborative and will act as a voice of the customer to our internal teams to ensure customer ideas and feedback are part of our ongoing product and customer success strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with connecting all of their SaaS applications into the Productiv platform via our self-serve API tools
- Maintain and articulate a deep understanding of our solutions and program
- Support the sales team in the pre-sales process, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic resource to customer and prospect with technical expertise, use cases, and customer stories
- In partnership with our engineering organization, address any outstanding data security questions customers may have
- Manage the Proof of Concept (PoC) and implementation of Productiv’s technology to new customers executing against project plans, to efficiently and timely onboard them to be fully operational in under 60 days
- Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to timelines and keeping stakeholders informed on progress
- Work with support to resolve any technical issues should they arise
Requirements:
- Ability to think and plan strategically, along with ‘roll up your sleeves’ drive to execute tactically
- 5+ years experience in project management, customer success or technical consultant role
- Experience in procurement processes and tools
- Expert level of organization and attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal communication skills
- Consultative approach to training and leading through change
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical knowledge and fundamental understanding of API’s
- Experience managing multiple customer stakeholders
- Ability to quickly develop strong relationships with customers
- Ability to understand and break down processes
- 5+ years experience in SaaS tools either as an administrator or implementor
If you feel this is the right role for you, even if you do not hit 100% of the requirements - we still encourage you to apply.
