We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique blend of patient care coordination, management, and the implementation and training of our products at SNFs. You will use your clinical knowledge and understanding of patient care to facilitate the implementation and utilization of our technology, enhancing the patient experience and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure all regulatory standards and safety guidelines are met.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for the implementation of our technology solutions at SNFs or HHAs.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare teams to support the success of our remote monitoring solutions
  • Manage and assess patient needs, developing and coordinating care plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate patient care in conjunction with care teams and remote healthcare providers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, product development, and feedback to our engineering teams.
  • Deliver training to healthcare staff, ensuring proficient use and maximized effectiveness of our remote monitoring solutions.


Requirements


  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse groups.
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
  • Experience with healthcare technology solutions or telehealth services is highly preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for implementation and training.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Registered Licensed Vocational Nurse, California
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with SNFs.
