Conduct regular technology reviews to Executive staff and management.

Own the supplier performance management of their respective commodities, which includes key delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics.

Collaborate internally, negotiate the right tradeoffs, solicit cooperation and resolve problems, and advance new supplier or product offerings.

Manage and lead the operations effort of developing new and adaptations of existing technologies for Anduril.

10+ years of experience in sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and/or supply chain.

Previous experience collaborating with outsourced manufacturing partners.

5+ years of experience in food and beverage category management within the CPG industry

Demonstrate strong problem solving, project management and communication skills

Report monthly segment performance to management based on syndicated and panel data

In-depth understanding of category management analytics, tools & process

Strong financial skills and knowledge of sales and marketing principles

Expert knowledge of Syndicated Data (Nielsen/IRI/SPINS, Panel Data)
