Job Description

This position is remote however we are looking for someone in the Dallas or Houstin area.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and monitor key metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness and impact of benefits programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the annual benefits renewal process, responsible for open enrollment, 401K audits, EEOC audits, tax forms and Workman’s comp
  • Develop effective communication strategies and materials to educate employees and cross functional teams on benefits offerings and promote engagement.
  • Develop and execute a benefits strategy that supports talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement goals
  • Support the integration and administration of benefits programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and analysis of benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and make recommendations for enhancements or changes as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related matters, including policy interpretation, issue resolution, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure benefits programs comply with local laws and regulations in all states where the organization operates.
  • Stay updated on benefits trends, emerging best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's benefits programs remain current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations, to design and implement competitive, cost-effective, and compliant benefits programs across multiple countries.
  • Support relationships with external benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants, ensuring effective partnerships and driving maximum value from vendor relationships.


YOUR PROFILE


  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and consultants.
  • Strong understanding of local state benefits compliance requirements and regulations.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar benefits role, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing company
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong product mindset specifically with Paycom
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong Relationship Management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits landscape, including health and wellness programs, retirement plans, insurance, leave policies, and other relevant offerings.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate benefits information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, STD, LTD and FSA rules
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
