Job Description


TechStyleOS is currently looking for a Benefits Analyst to join our People Team.

With this understanding you will be responsible for assisting in the administration of our benefits programs at TechStyle. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the satisfaction of an employee’s experience with the company and play a strategic role with employee retention.


This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards


What You Will Do


  • Process invoices, including but not limited to, making payment requests, verifying payments made, reconciling with external vendors, including tracking credits to ensure company is not at risk of lapse of benefits coverage
  • Process annual compliance filings and audits
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and invoice reconciliation
  • Assist in complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing laws, regulations, and updates to legal requirements. Performs annual compliance testing for our 401(k) and health and welfare plans;
  • General file management to support benefits processes
  • Support annual benefits renewal and project manage open enrollment
  • Willingness to learn and assist with compensation related projects as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with people team business partners, HRIS analysts, accounts payable and payroll
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for leave of absence and workers compensation, partner with external vendors to administer, including ongoing case management
  • Collect, analyze, and report on benefits related data and trends
  • Lead the new hire onboarding and benefits orientation activities; as well as, help update the employee benefits handbook to maintain compliance;
  • Explain employee benefits by preparing employee communications (both written and graphical), for meetings, Town Hall type announcements and presentations; taking into account that our employee population consists of corporate, retail and fulfillment center employees
  • Research and review usage to present recommendations for our benefits programs
  • Interpret our benefits policies and procedures to respond to benefits e-mail inbox and maintenance of inbox inquiries. Employee requests include, but are not limited to, assistance with enrollment, COBRA, life event changes, leave of absence, disability enrollment and claims, adoption assistance reimbursement and life insurance evidence of insurability documentation;
  • Assist benefits team in administering the operations of our employee benefits programs, such as our 401(k) retirement savings plan, group health plan, flexible spending accounts, and dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness benefits;


What You Can Bring


  • Strong analytical skills
  • A minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in benefits administration and leaves of absence management
  • Proven ability to multi-task, balance multiple project priorities and quickly turn attention to a higher priority project;
  • Has an attention to detail and can take a customer-focused approach;
  • Strong expertise in Excel
  • A willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and do whatever it takes to achieve solutions and win as a team.
  • Experience with Workday HCM and Benefits module strongly preferred
  • Must have a go-getter, self-starter attitude with a high inclination for solving inefficiencies
  • Highly organized with project management and follow through skills

The annual base salary range for this position is from $58,320-$83,600. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
